"Twas brilig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe: all mimsy were the borogroves, and the mome raths outgrabe." Twas a beautiful day, and certainly all beautiful days called for a song. Of course, terrible days did too. As did boring days. In fact, Cheshire couldn't think of any day that didn't deserve a song, and he'd concentrated for the last ten minutes trying to think of one. Perhaps singing was just one of those things that was acceptable any time.
Cheshire sighed and stretched out on his stomache, balancing easily on his branch. "Second chorus. Twas brilig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe..." He trailed off with another sigh, allowing his arms, legs, and tail to dangle.
"Where are people when you need them?" The cat/man wondered, blinking his bright yellow eyes. "Maybe I should visit the Queen of Hearts." But he wouldn't do that. He knew he wouldn't. It was much to nice a day. The man would rather lay here enjoying the sun on his back, instead of trying to move. Now, if someone came to him, that's a different story, but as it was, this branch would do. |

"Well, boring is as boring does and this IS a boring day as I always say.", Azezyl said to herself as walking to the crossroads. The sun was too bright as usual, but that was what her umbrella was for. As she got to the beginning of the neverending crossroads, to what does she see but a lazy bum laying in a tree. So Zyl poeted a pondorous prose "Why hello, my nonsensical brother,to what do I owe the pleasur of us meeting here together. Perhaps you to are as bored as I ? Or just waiting for a passerby? Well talk dear brother. Does the Cat have your tongue? Probably not, since you just sang and sung."

Cheshire was snapped out of his reverie by a female voice speaking to him. He lazily looked down at the female, it not registering at first who it was. When he finally realized, a grin burst onto his face. Not a regular human grin, but the kind that curled at the corners and revealed all his bright straight teeth, very much like his famous Cheshire Cat grin.
"Sister dearest!" He cried, leaping from the tree and sweeping her into his arms, spinning her around a few times before finally setting her down, though he rested his elbow heavily on her shoulder. "And how have you been lately my dearest dearest sister? Not been getting into too much trouble I suppose? As for me, things have been mad, simply mad. I see you're still rhyming though." |

After just being spun around like a kid by her favorite brother, Aze was on cloud seven. " Ah brother dearest, how nice to see you again. Why yes, I guess. I suppose i do still rhyme though I never seem to notice much anymore. Plus I always seem to get into trouble forevermore. How have things been since I've been away. It seems I just got back in a week and a day. Did you find any new playthings? Ahem, playpersons? I always seem to forget their not toys. Now will you please get your pointy elbow off my fragile shoulder. I'm not made you know, of stones boulders.", sweetly said Aze to her brother dearest.

"Rhyming rhyming, oh so fun!" Cheshire sang, removing his elbow from his sister's shoulder and spinning her around. "Rhyming rhyming, why we're- You left?" He stopped dead in front of her, a shocked look on his face, before the grin came back. "Ah yes. And how was the human world? Logical? Reasonal? Or was it just as mad as Wonderland?" He smacked his forehead as if remembering something. "Oh wait, nowhere is as mad as wonderland!" Cheshire hugged his sister again, looping his tail around her waist affectionately. |

"It was hectic though unfortunately not as hectic as Wonderland.", Ezyl said while Cheshire's tail looped around her waist affectionately. "I would still e gone if not for that darn Rabbit Hole I fell into. I just got finished dining with the most boring people who offered me money to model a new line of clothing they had when I fell in. Ah do you like my new outfit? It was one they let me keep." Aze sang and twirled for a 360 effect.
"How are our most Dearest and Dreadful parents and family? Not too well I hope? I haven't talked to them since that fight we had over that marriage. Anyway, since I've been back, I've been wandering around. I haven't even looked for a place to stay and you know I won't go back home. They might tie me up and force me too marry that awful thing of a Cat."

Cheshire grinned from ear to ear. "I do like your outfit. It looks wonderful on you. I shall have to beat the boys off with a bat!" He frowned then, leaning against the trunk of a tree and watching his sister. "I'd offer to let you live with me, but I've moved back home." He thought for a moment, before straightening, eyes bright with an idea. "Before I moved home though, I had a cozy little house near here! It's still empty I think, and it would suit you perfectly! And being by the crossroads, you can get any where in minutes! What do you say, interested?" |

Aze jumped up and down like a little girl and pounced on her brother knocking him on his back while she sat daintily on his chest. " Oh , brother! Do you really mean that or are you playing mind games with me again. If you aren't I would love too!!!! Oh, you really are the best brother any girl could ask for. As for beating the boys off with a bat, wait until after I've had my fun with them even though 'Mother Dearest' said I shouldn't play with my food."
Zyl got off of her brother and helped him up before pouncing on him and knocking him back down.
"Oh dear, I'm too excited for your own good!!!!"

Cheshire laughed, even as he got knocked over by his sister. "Well, then I'd be glad to show you to the house." He'd just barely gotten up when he got knocked over again. "Alright, off we go." The man picked Aze up easily and swung her onto his back, carrying her for a couple minutes in the general direction of the house, every once in a while 'accidentaly' bumping her on something. "Here it is!" Cheshire cried, putting her down to throw his hands up dramatically as the cozy little cottage came into view. |

"You really have outdone yourself this time, haven't you? Are you sure though? It wouldn't be too much of a burden, would it? If only you could move in with me, then I wouldn't be lonely. Oh, maybe instead, could you possibly find a teenage boy to keep me company, not to handsome but still cute. I wouldn't want you getting terribly jealous. That could be hazardous to Wonderland's well being. Not that we have much of one anyway. Say, what do you know of Joker? I have really been planning on paying him a visit.", Aze said quickly while skippin up to the little cottage up ahead.

"Of course it's not to much of a burden. I don't live here anymore." He hugged his sister tightly before letting go of her. "And I come to the Crossroads everyday, so you'll never get lazy." Cheshire swatted the back of the girl's head with a fake scowl. "No no no, I object. There will be no males living with you. Not if I have any say in it." At her random question about Joker, he paused, watching her skip up towards the cottage. "Yeah, I pop in on him every once in a while. It probably would be a good idea for you to introduce yourself to him, but be careful Aze. He's dangerous, and I don't think he much likes me." Cheshie grinned suddenly, breaking out of his somewhat serious mood. "But then I wouldn't like me much either if I annoyed myself as much as I annoy him. Who knows, maybe I don't like myself much!" |

" Okay.... no males.", Aze pouted for a second, " OH, as for Joker, I hope I will get to meet him soon. He has intrigued me ever since I have heard of him. I mean, without him, how would we have gotten these human forms? How would I have ever gotten to the human world? If he never came, I would have been forced to marry someone I hate. I guess I sound silly but it is true brother it is." Aze was about to say she had fallen in love with him without meeting himbut stopped. Cheshire could get very protective over her at times, ecspecially when it came to love. It was all because of that stupid cat that broke his heart. Why, if she ever got her hands on that dreadful cat, she would kill her. Literally.
Instead, she told her brother that she would love it if he would introduce her to joker soon. Then she would decide for herself if he was as bad as everybody said he was. Yes she would indeed. |

"Well, we'll see Aze." Cheshire said, wrapping an arm around her waist, eyes intent on her face as he steered her towards the cottage. There was something there, but he couldn't quite place it, which bothered him greatly, as he rather liked knowing everything. "Anyways," He started slowly, "I hope you like the inside." He opened the wooden door to reveal a living room decorated in multiple shades of purple and dark pink. |

You might not like it either. Actually you might destroy half of Wonderland if i tell you. Or at least get rid of the puddles." Aze said the last part quietly and sat beside her favorite brother. She was very afraid at what might happen now.
